I have no fixed fee structure for the ceremonies I plan and conduct.
As each type of ceremony is tailor made and therefore unique, my fees are based upon the amount of legal documentation required, the complexity of the ceremony and any special requests you may have. I offer a no obligation first meeting to help you work out your needs and provide a basic costing based upon the information gathered during the meeting.
My fees include;
- Preparation of all documents prior, during and after the ceremony,
- Creation of a ceremony to suit your needs,
- Communication costs,
- Meetings in advance of and performing the ceremony, and
- Lodgement of your documents with the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Payment Terms: Matt Burke Celebrancy Bookings have the following payments policy:
- 50% booking deposit -receipt provided, and
- 50% balance payable as indicated usually 6 months to final date -receipt provided.
Early bird discount – If full payment is made at the first meeting, a 5% early bird discount applies.
Payment can be by cash, bank cheque or Australia Post Money Order.
Travel costs- I am able to perform ceremonies at any venue, in any part of Australia and its Territories, including ‘way out there’ locations such as planes, trains or boats. My fees are based on travel within and from Albury / Wodonga; All other distances can be negotiated. Please call or email me to arrange a free consultation and quote.
Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, Matt Burke Celebrancy requires a minimum of 3 months notice prior to the wedding date, where a 50% refund is given, if payment is made in full.
Otherwise 25% of the deposit only will be refunded.
This policy is strictly adhered to.
